Drawing as Meditation August 29, 2026 1:00 pm - 3:30 pm $40

$0.00

In this presentation and practice, we’ll explore drawing as more than just an art technique - activities such as prompts, gesture drawings, and making marks that represents specific emotions – just to name a few – will demonstrate how we can use drawing to slow down, look closely, and reconnect with the present moment. Through guided exercises, we’ll experience how drawing can bring both focus and freedom, offering a meditative escape that sharpens our perception while calming the mind.

Please note: Participants are asked to bring a small sketchbook or journal (really any paper will work), a pencil and a pen.

Location: ESSE Purse Museum, 1510 Main St, Little Rock, AR

Fee: $40 per person
